AODA: Legal Compliance for Web Accessibility and Accessibility Compliance Reports

Alex Kagan, Associate, Aird & Berlis, and Dasha Peregoudova, Associate, Aird & Berlis present the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). They also take you through the legal requirements under the AODA, discuss the compliance report, and cover some of the penalties for non-compliance.
