Ethical Planning for CFP Professionals
By CE Corner
This course examines the vital role that ethics and understanding your client play in financial planning. Financial Planners will be led through scenarios and real-world examples that highlight the importance of adhering to professional standards and will explore how FP Canada’s Standards of Professional Responsibility guide ethical decision-making in key areas such as client goal setting, fee transparency, and retirement planning.
In the opinion of CE Corner, the content of this session aligns with FSRA’s requirements for Life and Accident & Sickness credits. However, it remains the responsibility of the individual license holder to check FSRA credits and confirm suitability.
